This is an important time for us and for you, so we provide a brief HR Welcome Session on your first day, as well as a comprehensive three day induction programme, Discover Kew.
On this programme you’ll learn about the history and future of the Kew, participate in behind-the-scenes tours, meet some of the senior leadership team and get to know other new starters. We hope this will help you to really feel like you are part of the team.
You’ll also have a local induction with your line manager who will explain what is expected of you and show you around during your first few weeks.
